With over 20 years of commercial and residential real estate, I love working for my clients on transactions. I know moving and/or relocating can be stressful. Adding huge financial and emotional decisions is sometimes too much for buyers and sellers. That's where I come in. I am well-versed, educated and experienced. I seem to love negotiating much more than the typical human being. And to be honest numbers and problems excite me. I am a problem-solver at heart! I am here to help guide my clients! I love sharing the knowledge and experience that comes from the many transactions I have had. I personally work with my clients! I don't pass my clients off to another agent in my office! I am here to personally help! I do have support staff to help move things along, but my clients will see and interact with me regularly. Why? BECAUSE I know how frustrating it is to get a top notch sales pitch, sign an agreement with an agent, then get a newbie licensee or office person who does not understand my transaction! NOT at Vivid Realty! That's not how we do business!
