Technically speaking, I assist buyers and sellers navigate a multi-faceted, many-layered financial transaction that is often the largest investment they will make in a lifetime. Throughout this process, I draft, negotiate and communicate details of contracts that have financial consequences if not followed properly. With Loyalty, Honesty, and Integrity I represent my clients and their best interests through and after closing. But the best thing about my job is the people I meet and serve. I enjoy serving clients buying their first home or selling a home they have loved for years. My husband and I work as a team. He is also a JB Goodwin Realtor. We enjoy working together and play to our strengths. We feel serving clients in real estate is a high calling.
