Kelly Glass is a native Texan, a mother of three, and a licensed Broker serving San Antonio, Austin, Houston and surrounding Texas Hill County areas. She began her career in New Home Sales over 20 years ago. There she realized her passion for Real Estate, while learning invaluable skills in negotiation, marketing and staging homes, as well as identifying and meeting the needs of both Buyers and Sellers. Kelly has a dedication to high standards of professionalism and ethics, and a love for the areas and the people that she works with. She keeps involved in current legal, social and political issues affecting the Real Estate industry and uses her knowledge and experience to educate her clients on the process of Buying or Selling, and finds unique solutions others may overlook. Kelly is also a Real Estate Investor and loves to help her clients learn how to build wealth through Real Estate. Licensed since 2004, Kelly has been recognized for her achievements, being name a Houston Association of Realtors Top Producer for four years in a row. She serves on the San Antonio Board of Realtors Broker Builder Committee and as a Greater San Antonio Builder Association Liaison. Kelly strives to always be an expert in her field, and she has taken specialized training, earning Designations as a Master Certified Negotiation Expert, Military Relocation Professional and Accredited Buyers Representative. Kelly has experience with Luxury Homes, Short Sales, Foreclosure, Investor Purchases and Financing, Land Purchases, Custom Building and New Homes. With a vast experience in Home Building and Design, she also provides Design Consulting Services for local Builders, and her clients. As a proud Wife to a US Marine Veteran, Kelly also serves Military Members and their families, having earned status as a Preferred Realtor of the Texas Veterans Land Board.
