Tara Medina bought her first house at 19 and knew then she loved real estate. She spent the next 20 years as a military spouse living internationally and raising a family. In 2017, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a double specialization in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Management from Colorado State University. In 2018, she received her Master of Arts in Administration Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word. In 2021, after her husband retired from the Navy, she decided to start her career as a realtor who specializes in military PCSing to San Antonio since she understood the struggles of out-of-state and international moves. Through expert negotiation and knowledge of the VA procedures, Tara can successfully navigate the transaction with as little disruption as possible. She also became an expert in new construction sales through personal and professional experiences. Today she is a top performing realtor in the area and is involved in the community as much as possible.
